- Availability of products: A large automated warehouse prepares orders. From here, all distribution to selected resellers and to all customers aware of the importance of using environmentally sustainable products begins.
Air pressurization (O2)
airolube spray products are pressurized with air (O2). The airopack packaging has a special air pressure chamber that ensures that the products can be easily applied with just 1 touch. The position that a bottle is held and used does not matter. Unlike traditional aerosol cans, an aerolube package can be used in any position. But in addition to ease of use, the airolube compressed air package has even more advantages...
Traditional aerosol cans mix the wear product with a propellant. This guarantees the pressure that will help the product come out of the can with the simple push of a button. However, in its last uses, some amount of product remains at the bottom of the can. As soon as the propellant pressure is not high enough to force the product out of the can, sometimes as much as 20% of paid product remains which is unusable and therefore ends up in the trash. airolube's airopack have their own air pressure chamber that guarantees the use of 99.9% of the product in the package.
More and more research shows that propellants carry health risks and damage to the environment. Mixing a product's spray with propellants such as propane or butane are dangerous for those who inhale them and help to destroy the ozone layer so important to protect the planet's atmosphere.
